Postal service lost the package

Buyer purchased an item waited over 30 days to pick it up. Then returned it due to an $8 charge. Was very harassing to myself and lied on a review. The buyers money was refunded. But the item was lost by the postal service. It was even insured but since the buyer waited 30 days I couldn’t claim on the insurance. Still to this day I’ve not received the item back. Legit the postal service lost it. I keep getting a bill which I can’t not pay. Because i didn’t get the item to relist it. I’m tired of being harassed. When none of this was my fault. And the postal service lost the item. It’s even been to long to look up shipping information. Please help me.

Mentor4 months agoUSPS claims can be filed within 60 days.
If you used tracking, you can look up the tracking information on the USPS website for up to 120 days.
You must pay Ebay for all selling fees & the cost that Ebay paid to refund your buyer.
