I opened a case with USPS to say I did not receive a package when the delivery notice shows as delivered. This was an international package. They responded and said in the email that "the package was not delivered to your residence location." I did the "item not received" process and it was closed immediately with the seller going by the delivery notice saying delivered so didn't get anywhere there.
