postal fraud
I bought some allegedly silver coins. They were counterfeit as verified by a coin dealer. I requested to return them for a full refund. After a delay, the seller finally sent me a postage label via Ebay message. I immediately returned the faux coins on 12/24. And told Ebay that an Ebay credit was fine. As of last week, the package that I sent was still not delivered. Ebay told me that they would keep the case open for a few more days and suggested I follow through with the post office. Yesterday, I spent nearly 30 minutes at the post office as they attempted to track the package. It is apparent that the label had been tampered with by the seller. The matter has now been referred to the Postmaster. Fraud is involved. Ebay should give me the credit owed me and shut down this rip off seller. It would help if I could speak with a real Ebay customer service person. Ebay chat has been of no help. It just wastes my time and doesn't solve the problem. Help please!
