Postal Employee Theft
Hello Everyone,
I want to know if any of you have experienced this problem and then were able to resolve it.
I drop my packages off at the post office myself. I don't stand in line and wait for a customer service person to assist me; instead, I drop the packages off inside the post office in a drop box type box that goes into the post office area (where the public cannot get to the items).
Today will be the 4th package this year that has "disappeared" after I dropped it off. It never gets scanned by the post office and as far as Ebay is concerned, I am the one that looks like I printed the label and never took it to the post office. I started creating notes on the orders screen and I don't know who can actually read them but I put them in the notes section stating the date and time I dropped off the packages.
I guess I am going to file a complaint with the post office location and cc the operations headquarters and see where that gets me. I have a full time job and this is a side gig for me and I don't have time to stand in line at the post office to ensure they are doing their civil servant job that they signed up for and are adequately paid for with our tax dollars.
Please let me know if anyone has experienced the same problem and/or how you resolved it.

Mentor4 months agoI resolved my problem by standing in line for an acceptance scan. Years ago I left packages on the counter. Three packages never got scanned. Although I fully refunded the buyers, I was a Below Standard Seller, with restrictions that took me months to resolve.
