Postal charges
I sold an item with free shipping. I paid the shipping and now the person is being charged at the post office when they go to pick it up. I assume because the usps under charged me.

Mentor5 months ago@stognjame This can happen if the USPS determines that you did not charge enough postage on the outbound shipment. Sometimes USPS will bill your eBay account OR other times, such as in the case, it will be delivered postage due.
My advice is to refund the buyer the amount of postage due on the sold item so they can just pick the item up and not be out extra $.
