Postage times in Australia
Hi,
Auspost are taking an extra two to three weeks to deliver postage and parcels lately.
ebay is refunding payments too soon. - I refunded a customer, only to be advised the coin was delivered two days later.
one eBay buyer stated it took three weeks delivery for a parcel of DVDs from Victoria to NSW
instead of the usual 6 to 8 days Auspost.
ebay sellers are losing sales=money because Auspost delivery times are overdue by a week to two weeks. -not just the item cost, but postage as well.
ebay needs to investigate and allow extra time for refunds -many eBay sellers refund avoiding
negative feedback.

I don't know if you have the seller protection for Item Not Received cases. Ask fellow AU sellers.
