postage refunds

Question

Hi- I am a seller and when I cancel shipping labels due to an error, I am not getting refunds. Therefore I end up paying for multiple shipping labels and have only used one. I know that the refund request can take weeks. This process does not seem fair.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

The refund is controlled by the shipper - ie USPS. eBay doesn't control the timing of the refund.

You can find your refunds in the transaction list by searching by order number and limiting for shipping labels.

Here's an example where I bought a label for $7.36, then voided it and bought the correct label for $9.05.
