Postage refund?
Does anybody know how to get a refund for a duplicate postage label on the same item? I must have hit some fricking button accidentally and the postage went through twice. I only used one label, obviously, but have been charged twice. Paypal said to take it up with eBay but of course you can't talk to a person any more and the automated chat assistant is worthless.

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. Make sure you void the correct label by comparing the tracking numbers.
