Postage for an item shipped
I shipped the item I sold & gave the buyer a picture of the receipt plus put tracking info into EBay. The buyer was nice enough to tell me they did not give me enough for shipping & that I should send them an invoice so they can pay it. I don’t know how to do that on EBay. Isn’t the picture of the receipt enough?

If you are talking about the doll's clothes you sold ... that already had a shipping price in the listing, so you're not allowed to charge the buyer more after they paid what was listed.
The item sold for a high price ... and I'm sure the shipping cost must have been under $10 ... so I don't understand why the buyer would have thought to tell you that they didn't pay enough. Buyers usually don't do that out of the blue. Why did you send the buyer a picture of the shipping receipt?
