Is it the calendar? The issue is the size, as it adds $4. If you did not put the correct size on your package when you made the listing, you would find out the fee after the fact. Had you put the size of the package in the listing, the buyer would have paid it. From the USPS:

The United States Postal Service (USPS) charges a length surcharge for packages that are longer than 22 inches on their longest side. The surcharge depends on the shipping service used and the length of the package:

Priority Mail Express or Priority Mail
$4 for packages between 22 and 30 inches long, and $18 for packages longer than 30 inches
USPS Ground Advantage
$4 for packages between 22 and 30 inches long, and $8.40 for packages longer than 30 inches
