I need to change the ship to address because the purchase is a gift. "Edit" in the label page lets me change everything but the zip. Is there a way around this. I know and trust the customer. Thanks.

Mentor11 months agoebay allows the buyer to change the SHIP TO address right before paying. Sellers need to send to the SHIP TO address to keep their seller protection. You should file a Cancellation (which refunds the buyer for Problem with address). Relist the item, the buyer repurchases, and this time clicks the CHANGE option when s/he sees the SHIP TO address. Since you state you know the buyer, and you want to not have the buyer go through this, you can use pirateship.com to print the shipping label.
