Postage due & wrong item sent
I bought 3 items from one seller, he shipped the first package, I received, but it’s the wrong item, even after sending him pictures, he said he wud “try†to make it right, only IF he sent the wrong item. He wasn’t convinced even after looking at the picture. Plus in his feedback, it looks like now, he sold the item I actually bought to someone else. And told me he was just really too busy. It took him another week or more to ship out the other two packages, I PAID him individually for each with SHIPPING cost. Then I had to go to the post office to PAY an extra $15. & change on postage due. I sent him messages about it along with pictures of the receipts & door tag w/(from) his name & (To) my name on it, now he’s quit responding to messages. Trying to open a case on all 3 has become so frustrating & infuriating. HELP PLEASE.

Mentor8 months agoFor the first item, I suggest filing a returns request for Item Not as Described.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History
Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
As for the packages with postage due, you should have REFUSED the packages. Since you paid the postage due, I don't believe ebay can force the buyer to reimburse you. Perhaps another mentor can chime in on that.
