postage due on a seller paid shipping label
I'm new to eBay selling and am not confident about shipping costs. If I as the seller am paying the shipping - USPS - and I incorrectly input the shipping weight or size and there ends up to be postage due, does the buyer have to pay that to receive their package? Or does eBay have an arrangement with USPS to charge that back to the seller somehow?
