Postage due issue
Hi. The buyer stated that he had to pay for postage due and requests a refund of this amount of funds. Although I sell items with free shipping. And i've paid shipping label for this order. How can i help this buyer?

Mentor8 months ago@aletata-78. You unfortunately do need to refund the buyer for the postage due.
If you don't refund the postage then the buyer can refuse the package and you would have to refund the buyer 100%.
Postage due is the only reason that a buyer can refuse a package and still be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
If you would share the following I might be able to figure out what went wrong.
Package dimensions and weight.
Ship from and to zip codes
Did you use a priority box with a ground advantage label?
Was the package irregularly shaped?
