Postage due
I purchased a set of youth golf clubs and the listing had a shipping cost of $14.42. When the package arrived it could not be left as it had been shipped in an alcohol box and was shipped with a "media" label and had shipping due of an additional $23.03. Our mail lady said I can either pay the $23.03 or decline the package. The seller is not willing to reimburse the additional shipping costs. What options do I have?
