Postage due
A buyer has a postage due for special handling fee. I didn’t know it will be a huge issue and I’m an idiot for using a cremated box. I think usps thought there was remains in it. What should I do? Refund the buyers for the amount he pay for postage?

Mentor1 year ago@drdokk. Yes, you owe the buyer a partial refund to cover what they paid for postage as this was your error.
Go to the sold listing and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the item. Next screen select other or postage adjustment.
Enter the amount you wish to refund..
