Postage due
Seller has refuses to refund me for postage due cost which I paid. How do I get eBay to step in and help me get reimbursed?

Seller has refuses to refund me for postage due cost which I paid. How do I get eBay to step in and help me get reimbursed?

Mentor2 years agoUnfortunately there isn't a way to enforce a partial refund for postage due. The only option is refusing a postage due package, showing it arrived postage due, and filing not received for a full refund. Once you accept and pay there is no recourse.

In the future, I would ask your mail carrier/ post office to hold onto the package while you contact the seller for the postage due.
Remind the seller that they will have to pay the postage due to their own post office if the package is returned to them. That has always worked for me in getting the money from the seller. I then pick up the item or ask it to be redelivered.
