Postage Charges
For the first time in several years for selling, I had to pay more for the USPS postage than the Buyer was charged. How did this happen if I am supposed to be getting a discount on the postage through Ebay??

Mentor1 year agoIf you are referring to the item that you just sold then even the shipping charge listed was too low for that item. It appears that you chose flat rate shipping for the item since changing the zip code does not change the shipping charge. Make sure to always weigh and measure the packaged ready to ship item when making your listing.

OP1 year agoThank you for replying. I measured and weighed my package carefully and entered that data. I selected USPS Ground Advantage. I do not know how to opt for Flat Rate, so this must have happened inadvertently. Sellers beware...double check that your shipping choices are being reflected in the final listing!
