Postage and tracking with combined purchases by and to the same person
I have two items that were purchased by the same person, who prepaid shipping. I printed the first items postage label and then realized the purchaser ordered a second item. I was able to combine the two items into the same box and only use the first items mailing label. I went to the post office, they weighed it and it didn't need additional postage. I did not need to use or pay for the second item. But now I don't have a tracking number for the second item.
How do I get paid for the second item? How do I indicate the two items were delivered together?
