Postage
Hi, I offered an item for collection only as it was difficult to post. The customer who purchased said that they would pay £20 for post and packing. I accepted their offer but stated the postage was extra. They added the postage to the offer price and now I've been charged commission on the carriage element of the sale. How can I get this credited?

That's normal. eBay does include shipping in the calculation of the final value fee.
