Mentor4 months agoWe cannot cancel the label but you can. Find the unused label on your shipping label list and from the drop down menu click on cancel. The shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. eBay will let you know when the carrier allows the refund and it will be available as a payout.
