Any suggestions on cheaper shipping options? I use a thin 4x6 bubble mailer for things like a dime or any single light weight item choosing standard rate eBay envelope @1.32 however it takes over a month for them to receive it and the tracking does not show progress. My buyers are getting frustrated and if I choose usps ground it is so high I am losing big maybe making.52 cents on an item I have way more in. I really don’t want to charge buyers more shipping than the item they purchased.

ESE (eBay Standard Envelope) is the lowest cost shipping solution for items that qualify for that service but since it is NOT door to door tracking it comes with a risk. Delivery will not always be confirmed and if Buyers claim they did not receive their item you refund them and then pursue reimbursement through eBay: eBay standard envelope | eBay
You have to comply with their package requirements for ESE so in that regard you are limited.
At the end of the day you have to decide what IS and what IS NOT worth selling on eBay. You hit the nail on the head with your last statement about shipping costing more than the item. As of this writing you have 98 items for sale and they are all coins or coin related. Unless you have some high value coins that can ship via USPS Ground Advantage it may not be worth it. You may need to sell different things.
