Is anyone else having issues with getting notifications with size and weight of packages being disputed? What recourse do I have when it’s my word against theirs with no proof? My scale is tared and I always round up on measurements . Much of the time, I even use boxes that have measurements printed on them

Mentor5 months agoYes, this is an issue that comes up from time to time. If the adjustment comes from the USPS then you have to deal with them about the adjustment. If it comes from FedEx then eBay needs to get involved as they are considered as the shipper of record. If it comes from UPS then you have to deal with them but use the same email you use on eBay so they can find the shipment.
