postage
HI, I was charged for postage as well as the buyer when he alone should have paid the postage what went wrong?
When setting up the postage I noticed I hardly had any options, I could only choose from the simple delivery option, of which the nearest choice was the 1kg large letter at a cost of £1.55. This seamed strange as that is usually the charge for a 100 gram letter, but there was no other option.

The buyer pays for postage, the seller uses that to purchase shipping label.
The buyer didn’t purchase the label, they paid you, now you use that money they sent you to buy the label.
