postage
When I do my ebay ad it says the item can be mailed USPS first class large envelope. the buyer asks for this postage. When I get ebay shiping label it says buyer asked for USPS ground adventage. Then the postage he sent is will not cover the the postage cost.

You can choose to ship in a flat first class large envelope if you want to, but it's a bad idea as there is no tracking. eBay does not provide label service for this class so you would have to pay at the post office. If you don't have tracking, you have no seller protection and you'll receive a defect on your selling metrics.
For tracking, the lowest cost alternative is Ground Advantage, so it is highly recommended to choose this class of service (or greater) when listing.
