When you print your labels through eBay you get the discount they have negotiated with the carriers, the discount is NOT available paying at the counter. You also get the tracking uploaded automatically. You can select the QR code if you don't have a printer and take that to the Post Office and they will print the label for you BUT you get the benefit of the discounted shipping cost through eBay.

Mentor2 years agoWhy aren't you using ebay shipping? ebay gives you a discount when you use it to print your shipping labels. If you pay at the post office counter, you will be paying the retail rate instead of the discounted rate.
If you do not have a printer, you can specify to send a QR-code, which goes to your email, which you can access with your smart phone. You show the QR-code to the clerk, and s/he can print out the label for which you are paying the discounted price.
