Wondering how long does a seller have to send an item?
Item is showing as shipped but it is not.
It is showing tracking information has been received by Australia Post, but the item has not been lodged with them as yet. Perhaps the seller produced a shipping label?
I feel the seller I purchased from is using delaying tactics or something??!!
Had difficulty getting her to send me a combined invoice and now she is refusing to respond, and she has not lodged the item with Aus Post.
What can I do? Do I just wait?...How long??

You wait until the latest estimated date of delivery has passed to take action.
You can find the estimated date of delivery in your Purchase History next to the item.
By the way, this is the Ebay U.S. site. In the future you need to post questions on the Ebay Australia site.
