n item with the buyer paying shipping costs. i didnt look at the shipping details when i created the listing and i didn't pay attention to the details when i purchased the shipping label. come to find out the weight was 30 lbs short but the post office accepted the item and said theyd charge it to whoever's info was on file, that was 3 or 4 days ago. last time i checked, tracking says that the thing is still setting at the post office. i wanna get that thing moving eith no additional cost to the buyer. how do i go about doing that?

Mentor2 years agoClick on the tracking number in your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid * shipped. That will take you to USPS.COM. Locate the link to submit your email address to get updates. That should help to get the package moving.
In the future, you need to weigh your package and enter the dimensions into your listing when you create it. Then, when you go to print your label, if you packed the package and the dimensions or weight have changed from what you originally entered, you can make the changes easily before you actually print the label.
