Postage
I sold a couple DVD's to a buyer. Everything was normal and i shipped the DVD's nearly a month ago. Over the past weekend I got an email from the buyer saying that he just realized that he had the wrong address on EBay. He said that he found out the package would be returned to me. It did. He wants me to ship the DVD's to a new address which is okay with me since they are paid for. However, the post office has charged me for return postage and, of course, there'll be a postage charge for the new shipment. Normally I'd just eat the charges but this extra postage is more than he originally paid for the DVD's. How do I bill him for the new postage charges (before I send his order back to him).

Send the buyer a Paypal invoice, you will need to get their email address.

OP2 years agoThanks for the advice. The buyer ended up canceling the order. Probably better that way!
