Post Response To a Negative Review
I don't see an option to post a response to a negative review so potential buyers can see both sides of the story. Is there an option to post a response?
I'm not talking about a private message response but a public post response. Without a response some negative review can be misleading and scare away potential buyers.

OP2 years agoThank you. I can see it when I switched to a computer. I don't see that option available when I use my phone.
