post office zip code

Question

the post office won't recognize the zip code that the client insists is right. the post office keeps putting another zip code on the mailing label. the client insists that it is wrong and they are right. What do I do and how do I fix it ?

@heidisthriftstore Cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer and relist.

Advise the buyer to a zip code look up on the USPS site as an abbreviation or punctuation that is different can throw the system off.

Then the buyer should go to the account settings and ADD the correct address and then delete the other one.

If they still insist that they are correct then all you can do is either ship and risk it not getting to the buyer OR add the buyer to your blocked list> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
