Post office tracking not updating
I sent an item to a buyer on time, but it's been winding its way through the post office for nearly two weeks now, and the buyer is understandably upset that it hasn't arrived. The most recent tracking information the post office sent was five days ago. Now, the buyer wants a refund, and eBay is saying they will take the money out of my account tomorrow if i don't give it to them. But what if the item arrives two days from now, and the buyer has the refund and the item? Is there anything I can do here? Thanks in advance!

Mentor5 months agoIf you do not comply with the buyer's refund request, Ebay will force the refund.
If the item arrives after they have received a refund, you can contact the buyer, but the buyer is NOT required to re-pay for the item nor return it.

OP5 months agoThank you! So, the best option is just to refund the buyer now, and I'm just out the cost of the item and the shipping? There's no other option?
