Post Office Sent Package back to me (the Seller) because of buyers "Insufficient Address"
I am a seller and I mailed a package to the buyer. When I checked on the tracking I saw where it was delivered to her city's post office, but then the tracking showed it coming back to me. I contacted the buyer to see if she ever got the package. She was very upset with the postal clerk at the post office and said they would not give her the package because the city and zip code was not correct. She asked when I get it back just to change the label to the correct city and zip because she still wants it. I told her it wasn't that simple to do, am I wrong? Don't I have to refund her the whole transaction amount and then relist it so she can then re-purchase it? I also told her she needed to go into her Ebay account and fix her address before she purchases anything else.

Yes. The buyer has to file an Item Not Received case, you refund the item price only, relist the item, buyer repurchases and pays. This time, she has to click the CHANGE link at Checkout, and double check that the SHIP TO address is correct and if not, make the change before paying.
