Post office said no funds to ship?

Question

I sold an item today. Went straight to the PO and they scanned the QR code and said it was giving the warning that there is no funds to send the item? I can’t find out how to fix this issue or what it means?

If you purchased the label and went strait to the PO the funds may have not transferred to USPS yet. It can take up to an hour for them to be transferred and the USPS system to update with the payment. Take the QR code back and try it again a bit later.

That's odd, because ebay should have not generate the code if you had no funds to pay for it. What funding source do you have set on ebay to pay for postage? Do you have a back up funding source listed as well?
