Post office Returned item, seller never refunded
The seller communicated with me that he would refund me a few times, but then stopped answering me. This around the end of March.
This was an international sale from England.

There is nothing Ebay can do for you since it has been more than 30 days.
You can file a dispute with Paypal or contact your credit card company.
