POST OFFICE LOSING PACKAGES
For the third time in a month I have ordered from e bay and seller states package has been mailed. Post office tracking states waiting for package. Why should I have to wait for 30 days to receive my money back? Even after ending date has come and gone EBAY says I have to wait a little longer. I am so done with eBay it’s not bad enough they gouge you for fees now they are refusing to even end an offer after it clearly hasn’t been mailed. Heads up people!

You need to wait with requesting a refund until the latest estimated delivery date has past. Check the purchase(s) when that is happening.

OP2 years agoI know you are supposed to wait until last date, however when tracking clearly shows package never was accepted by PO I think something should be done. It’s my money being held up and no one seems to care. This is third problem where PO states package has not arrived.
