Post Office has lost an entire trailer of mail
We sent 14 items on Dec. 13, 2023. ALL are tracking - In Transit. The local PO says others are in the same boat. At some time in the future the PO will find these parcels and deliver them. If ebay refunds and then at a later date the refunded item is delivered will they correct that and credit our account?

Mentor2 years agoThey haven’t lost it, they have just lost track of it. It is in the lot waiting to be unloaded, they just don’t know exactly where. This happened to me some years ago with 30+ packages. It wasn’t the holidays, so they were able to have a part timer go from trailer to trailer to locate it, it still took several days.
If you file a flurry of claims as soon as the packages are eligible as @inceptions suggested, it will get the attention of the regional director, which should make it a priority for the sort center to locate.
If you refund and then the packages are delivered, you have to work with the buyers to arrange repayment or return.

You might try filing online insurance claims for those shipments.
