Post office delivered only label
I have a cust who sent me a pic of the top of a box with the shipping label and stated the post office didn't deliver his package but just this instead. Also left a note stating they had lost or damaged contents. What am I liable for and what should I do?

Refund the buyer and file a claim with USPS.
