POST OFFICE Clerk telling me I cannot ship VHS as media any longer

Question

I have been shipping media mail through the post office for 25 years. I have this one Clerk at the post office that tells me that VHS is no longer considered media mail unless it’s an educational video. She refuses to let me send it that way. Have any other sellers experience this problem?

@engineerusaf Blank media (blank tapes) are not media mail.Recorded movies, etc are Media MailIf it's the movies you recently sold, I would go to a different post office.
