Possibly scammed?
Hello ebay community. I saw an item I only saw one listing of but then another one came along at a much more affordable price. But after making the purchase, the seller said they were out of the country and were gonna already be a delay. But then I looked at the photos of their item. They used the exact same photos of the other listing except for some some color contract. I think I got scammed by a seller that doesn't have the item. What should I do? I made this purchase only a few days ago. He still has time to send it. Can I just have ebay cancel my order so I don't have to dragged into a lengthy frustrating ? Can I have ebay ask them WHy they have recycled photos ? Thank you Fake?

No, Ebay will not cancel your order. Didn't you look at the photos before you purchased the item?
Wait until the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Purchase History.
When the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours you can file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP2 years agoDear Lady Madonna, I do like the Beatles reference. I did look at the photos. But to be honest, I just verified if it had features of being authentic. But not that it used fake photos. In the future, I will compare to other photos online and to other items on ebay if applicable.
