Possibly Losing $400 Because of USPS
What can I do if the USPS ground advantage package was not delivered to the buyer? If I have proof of the transaction, will USPS refund my money? I have a bad feeling that eBay will make me refund the buyer because tracking shows "out for delivery" & no movement since April 24th/

If the buyer files a Refund Request due to the item not being received after the estimated date of delivery has passed, you will be obligated to provide a refund.
If the item is lost, you can file a claim with USPS if the package was insured.

OP1 year agoThanks so much for your response and help. I'm doomed. It was not insure. I'll make sure to insure expensive items the next time. I should have never trusted USPS. It never fails, they mess up when something is costly. Another lesson learned too late.
