Possibly fraudulent charge
I have a charge on my credit card from eBay that I did not buy.. additionally, it does not show up on my purchases on my eBay page.. how can I get hold of someone at eBay directly?

Contact your card issuer directly to get more information or to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.
eBay can only help if an unauthorized purchase was made using your eBay account, not if someone used your card number to make a purchase with a different eBay account.
