Possible to lower reserve price with bids already in

I have an item that I would like to lower the reserve price on as the current high bid price is already satisfactory but the reserve is not yet met. Is this possible?

You can lower or remove the reserve price when:

No bidder has met the reserve price
At least 12 hours are left on the listing

To lower or remove the reserve price:

Find your listing in My eBay Selling or Seller Hub.
Select Revise from More actions.
In Selling details (advanced form) or Choose a format and price (quick listing tool), lower or remove your reserve price.
Select Continue.

If you lower the reserve price below the high bidderâ€™s maximum bid, Ebay will lower the high bidderâ€™s maximum bid to $1.00 below the new reserve price.
