Possible scammer demanding refund
I recently sold an iPhone 12 Pro Max with no
return allowed. The item was like new. Buyer has initiated a return for refund claiming it’s defective. Meanwhile I get a box containing a plastic toy truck from another person f from the same city. I ordered no toy truck. I believe the buyer is scamming me for a refund. eBay system of auto answer of questions isn’t much assistance. How do I speak to a human?
