POSSIBLE SCAM ON E-BAY?

A month ago, I ordered this item : "4Pcs Genuine PFR7S8EG 1675 Laser Platinum Spark Plug For Audi A3 Volkswagen VW", from SX-AUTOPARTS. I paid a total of $33.55. The item should have arrived exactly 10 day ago (07/09/2026), but I still did not receive it.
The strangest thing is that this transaction appeared in my "purchase history", but about 2 weeks , it disappeared. There is no trace of this transaction anywhere on e-bay.
I have the item number: 306314430769, order number: 16-14782-92056.
The sad thing is that these numbers are not even valid when I research them on e-bay.
Also, getting help with e-bay is extremely difficult (you go around in circles).
Please help!!!!!!!!

Double check your purchase history and/or look for an order confirmation email from Ebay. Click on "order details".
If the estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least one day, you can file a Refund Request:

If there is no indication of a purchase when viewing that page while signed in to this account, you should consider the possibility that you purchased using a different eBay account, or as a guest.
