Possible scam from a buyer

Question

I believe a buyer is trying to scam me. He asked to have the order cancelled. I responded by telling me the order was cancelled at his request. Then he replied that he didn't know anything about asking order to be cancelled. Since there are a lot of people that play "games" on different websites that sell items. I told him this and that I do not play these "games". And I apologize for any problems/issues this may cause him. His response to this was, was it shipped? His last reponse really kinda enforces my thinking he is playing "games".

Also go to buyer requirements and toggle on the option to not allow blocked buyers to contact you. Buyer requirements>

I also recommend blocking buyers with 2 or more strikes in 12 months, require buyers to provide a payment method when making offers, and block buyers in locations you don't ship to.
