possible scam advice.

Question

Hello,

I believe I was scammed by a seller that had a great feedback rating of 99%. After placing my order, I noticed it didnt arrive when it said it would. then I checked the seller's feedback and their rating started to go down. Users were leaving negative feedback and when I went to try to read it, none of the comments were available to see. Then, I left a message for the seller that I never heard back from. Now, the seller's account is gone! I haven't received the item or a refund. has anyone experienced this before?

Its possible something actually happened to the seller. In some cases a seller could have had a serious life situation come up and its preventing them from taking care of their sales. Especially if their track record was good up to a certain point then changed dramatically.

All you can do is file a claim using the Item not received, and eBay should take care of it. Does the purchase still show up in your purchase history? Has it been less than 30 days? If it no longer shows or you are past 30 days, you may need to involve your purchase method and do a claim with them.

I see a recent feedback from a seller that has been mentioned already on the forum here a few times today. So this must be related, if its that seller that left you feedback in the last month.
