Possible scam
I sold an item to a member who first claimed that the item had never been delivered (tracking showed otherwise), and after I contacted them, they didn't respond and instead, changed it into a return. I accepted the return and immediately blocked the member. I did some research on the customers "business" and found that they have numerous reports on the Florida Chamber of Commerce of being fraudulent. Once the returned item arrived, there was a second package attached to the first package with a second shipping label, but with the same tracking number on it. The second package (that I had opened first) contained a random car part. This seems to be some kind of brushing scam. MY ISSUE IS: I'd like to report this to eBay!! I've just been ran in circles and I'm unsure what to do with this suspicious item!
