possible scam
nyidce551wxf 0% positive (-6) I bought a Big and Tall Office Chair Ergonomic Leather Computer Desk Chair with Footrest from this seller, tried reaching them and they would not answer. I feel I am being scammed. has anyone had any problems with this seller?
chair costs US $37.64
the delivery date is over a month. But they are not returning my message. and it appears others have had the same problem.

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
