possible scam
one buyer with 3 different user ids brought 3 different items. They all have the same PO shipping address and his feedback is 1 on all user ids. It seems like a scam. I don't even see a possible way to report a possible scammer using help. All items were paid for but worry about possible not received scam.
Anyone seen this before?

You said P.O. "address" rather than the more natural P.O. "box"... more natural to me anyway. There are establishments, not actual government post offices, but mail services, where you can rent a box and use that as your address. The post office delivers your mail there instead of to your real address. The service can provide a form of anonymity, like if you don't want your ex to know where you live.
When a business uses one as a company address, usually the business won't reveal that it's a box, but rather call it a suite. Example: Jack's All Trade, Suite 22, 123 Main St, etc. That really means the mail service at 123 Main St, Box 22, but Suite 22 sounds more impressive.
For two of your buyers to be using the same mail service would be an unlikely coincidence. For it to be three of your buyers, I'd estimate the likelihood of that as approaching zero.

If you offer free shipping, the buyer has no particular incentive to combine purchases into a single checkout.
If you shipped with tracking you should be able to win an "item not received" claim.

OP1 year agoMany thanks! I ended up contacting eBay and they noted the red flag I was seeing with this buyer. Very helpful. If the buyer files a claim, I think I am covered, but I was worried he had 50 other items out there with many sellers.
Buying as a guest was something I hadn't thought of. Whole thing confused me.
